On the provision of information and consulting services

1. General provisions

1.1. This document is an official proposal of an individual entrepreneur (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor ) to conclude an agreement for the provision of information and consulting services on the terms set out in this public offer.

1.2. In accordance with Articles 633, 641 and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, this document is a public offer .

1.3. Full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer ( acceptance ) is:

  • application form on the website;

  • payment for services;

  • other confirmation of intention to receive the service.

1.4. Acceptance of this offer means that the Customer fully agrees with its terms.

2. Subject of the contract

2.1. The Contractor provides the Customer with information and consulting services in the field of numerology.

2.2. Services may include:

  • individual consultations;

  • educational courses;

  • information materials;

  • other services listed on the website.

2.3. The services are of an informational and educational nature .

2.4. The Services do not constitute medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

3. Ordering procedure

3.1. The customer submits an application via the form on the website.

3.2. After receiving the application, the Customer makes the payment.

3.3. After confirmation of payment, the Contractor provides access to the course or conducts a consultation in the agreed manner.

4. Cost of services and payment procedure

4.1. The cost of services is indicated on the website.

4.2. Payment is made online using the LiqPay payment system or other methods specified on the website.

4.3. The service is considered paid after the payment system confirms the fact of payment.

5. Rights and obligations of the parties

The contractor has the right:

  • change the content and structure of courses;

  • refuse to provide the service in case of violation of the terms of the contract by the Customer;

  • change the terms of this offer.

The Contractor undertakes:

  • provide services in accordance with the description on the website;

  • provide access to materials or consultation after payment.

The Customer undertakes:

  • provide accurate data when placing an order;

  • not to transfer access to materials to third parties.

6. Refund

6.1. Since the services are of an informational and advisory nature, a refund is possible only before the start of the service.

6.2. In the event of providing access to educational materials or conducting a consultation, the service is considered provided.

7. Intellectual property

7.1. All course materials, consultations and other materials are the intellectual property of the Contractor.

7.2. It is prohibited:

  • copying materials;

  • dissemination of materials;

  • transfer of access to third parties.

8. Processing of personal data

8.1. The Customer consents to the processing of his/her personal data for the purpose of performing this contract.

8.2. Data processing is carried out in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

9. Final provisions

9.1. The Contractor has the right to change the terms of this offer without prior notice.

9.2. The new version of the offer comes into force from the moment of its publication on the website.

9.3. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations or in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
